The Starters List

Hi,

Welcome!! Lets talk about the starters for today.

Now whether you are just starting your weight-loss/ fitness journey or you are trying to get back on track, you will definitely need some starters, which of course just like meals starters you will have them before getting to the main dish or real deal.

As a beginner, see the list below.

You would need,

1. A pair of running shoes or should i just CANVASS( preferably a size bigger than your normal size because when you walk or run a long distance your hands and feet would swell hence the need for the bigger size)
2. A device to calculate your steps,kilometers,calories burnt and pace, this device can be Fitbit,Jaw bone,a normal pedometer or if you don't have money to purchase all these you can just use your android or IOS device, go to play store and download apps like S health,Endomondo,Fitness pal,Truppr etc, these apps would help you keep track of your workout and there is no special knowledge to using them,all you need is register with an email address and viola.You need to track your workout as it makes you accountable and helps you get better over time.
3. A Phone hand band; this is necessary as it might not be convenient to hold your phone on your hand while running.
4. An MP3 with an head phone for music as music helps you through your workout.
5. This one isn't so necessary but if you are looking to burn lots of calories then you will need a pair of dumbbells to help tone your biceps and triceps.
6.  Not forgetting you also need the proper workout clothes(don't wear jeans and khaki shorts o) as the wrong clothes would make you uncomfortable and the whole aim of working out will be defeated as you will be forced to stop half way.

For someone who has been on a prior fitness journey he/she might have most of the things on the list above, so for both groups the most important thing to bring to the table is ⇓
