Hi, Welcome!! Lets talk about the starters for today. Now whether you are just starting your weight-loss/ fitness journey or you are trying to get back on track, you will definitely need some starters, which of course just like meals starters you will have them before getting to the main dish or real deal. As a beginner, see the list below. You would need, 1. A pair of running shoes or should i just CANVASS( preferably a size bigger than your normal size because when you walk or run a long distance your hands and feet would swell hence the need for the bigger size) 2. A device to calculate your steps,kilometers,calories burnt and pace, this device can be Fitbit,Jaw bone,a normal pedometer or if you don't have money to purchase all these you can just use your android or IOS device, go to play store and download apps like S health,Endomondo,Fitness pal,Truppr etc, these apps would help you keep track of your workout and there is no special knowledge to using them,all you

Hi Fellas, Welcome to my blog!! This is Chubby to Fit and as the name implies its for everyone keen about fitness but most especially people who want to shed a few pounds here an there  /  people who just want to gain knowledge about fitness,meal plans, meal preps and just get fit. So, this blog is actually about "my" fitness journey but it is also targeted at helping one or two people either start their own fitness journey or gain some knowledge and stay motivated. I must tell you that fitness/fitfam is not easy, in fact it is difficult and you need some serious discipline and dedication if you must join the "fitfam", remember fitness is not a destination but a lifestyle so if you are ready to join the wagon.....then dust those shoes,put on your best workout clothes,stick to this blog and lets get on a ride that will not only change our lives but will make us feel so much better with ourselves.
